Weekly Developers Meeting #23

Agenda and notes of the weekly developers meeting #23 Agenda:

• plugin dev roadmap/process, "process" maybe a bit too heavy in this content. But I like to see other's opinion on how they see plugin dev should be like in a post-split world 8)
• A side issue on that is how we're going to maintainence these plugins.... there have been a lot idea from all of us on the forum, maybe we can get on the same page / some discussion
• Realese Party (benelux)
• How we can work together better to help karma and the next release. It seems that karma is more and more busy so, maybe the release only going to be more less frequent?
